Privacy Policy
HB Playwrights Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors, donors, and friends. This Privacy Policy lets you know what HB Playwrights Foundation does with information it may obtain about visitors, donors, and friends.

What We Collect
When it comes to personally identifiable information such as your name or address, we collect it only if you provide it to us by submitting a request to be on our mailing list, by filling in a card in the theater, or by sending us a letter or email. We normally keep a record of how your information has come into our database (that is, via a theater card, from a reservation, etc.). If you recommend that we add someone to our mailing list, we store your name with theirs.

Information that is not personally identifiable is collected automatically on our Web site (and by most Internet service providers). This can include information such as the browser or operating system that you are using (this helps us to improve our Web site), the date and time of your visit (this can help us to improve site performance), and the like. None of this information is matched to your name.

What We Do With It
We use the information to reserve your seats for performances, and we use it for our mailing lists (email and post office). All email messages contain a button that you can click to immediately be removed from the list so that you do not receive further mailings. We occasionally partner with another organization that has common goals and objectives for a joint mailing that clearly identifies both organizations and saves postage.

Security
Our data and databases are backed up and protected by reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial measures. Access to the information we collect is limited to people who need such access.

Cookies
Our Web site does not install cookies on your computer and does not write to your hard disk. Note that your browser may store information about our site on your computer but, that is determined by your browser's settings, not by our site.

Corrections
Please let us know if you want to be removed from our list or if your information is incorrect.

The Fine Print
We exercise no control over your browser, Internet Service Providers, or your computer and its operating system. Any or all of these may intercept data on its path between you and us.
